Chapter 44: Of Prophets' Dark Deceptions Greg asks for confirmation about the events in Glottage and is placated by Carson. Carson tells them that Katabasian Greve loved the idea of a collaboration. Greg tells Carson that the Saint Electric's people are unhappy with the situation. Carson tells them they can remove their dam from the White Gull River if they're so horrified. Carson hangs up.
Chapter 45: Of Love, And Gods' Defeat (Part One) Carson says that he's willing to sign the Parish of Tide and Flesh over to the Grindinglord's people. He proposes they create new mascots for the Trawler-man. He then tells Greg that he's planning on handing in his notice today.
